 We have a Sport model and we love it, but then I have always liked weightlifting.  In the last four years have lost 40 pounds and toned up doing weightlifting and eating small meals, 5-6 per day, never over 300-400 calories at any one time.  This way of eating and the exercise plan I used are detailed in the book called, "The Bowflex Body Plan" by Ellington Dardin.
