SM has been corporate brainwashed it seems.

This one has been sold the "importance" of the QA job, and is thinking nothing works without her, and that everyone is substandard in performance to the QA job she has.

I've seen it before. This is sort of personality who is primed for the coming days when MTs and QA work for free.

There is no way in life that a "newbie" could do medical transcription. Not even on a good day.

They really brainwashed you to believe
that there are not enough of us. Not true at all. There are plenty of us older MTs who would love to have a hospital job and benefits and not have to take what we can and not get paid for our expertise. This is nothing but a ploy for business to justify outsourcing, no matter what kind of information that they outsource.
