By the way, a question for Rad MTs

I've been doing a small rad account for nearly a year now and I make much, much less doing radiology than my other acute care work.  I have 4 rad docs.  I get a standard dictation where they ask me to insert the code about once a month, and that report is only about 5 lines long.  I get paid 8 cpl for a 58 character line.

Does it sound like I have a crappy rad account?  Just wondering, because it is the first rad I have ever done.  I can't make more than 200 lph on this account, try as I might, but I the same character count on acute care I make 300-350 lph quite easily. 

Do most rad accounts have tons of standards?
