I have not heard of that, but I work 50+ hours.  Still now of no "law."

• Do all MT employees have to abide by 40-hour week law? Always been a SE - Dixierose
  • FT range out here is 32-40 hrs. depending on company. nm - FT is not always 40 hrs. nm NYmt
  • Can you please elucidate? - What????
    • I'm sorry I didn’t make myself clear. As an employee I can only work 40 hours per week (sm) - Dixierose
    • Full-time is 32-40 hours BUT - See msg.
