Could be because they do not use

VR with their system yet and have not completely updated.  Hopefully that will continue for you.

Not around here, they are all happy with their systems and have no intention of paying for transcription costs.  I have seen it working in quite a few facilities now and they do their surgery notes, everything on EMR.
