Could it be thrombocytopenia?

I use tcyt for thrombocytopenia (SM)
temb for thromboembolic, tpla for thromboplastic, etc. 
For thrombocytopenia, I use thcy,
th for thrombo and cy for cytopenia.  Thph for thrombophlebitis, th for thrombo, ph for phlebitis.  phch is ph for pheo, then ch for chromocytoma.  Stuff like that.  Hope this gives you a *light bulb!*
