We have an older DH-10 in one of our offices. It uses a compact flash card and we just drop by and pick it up since they're close to the office. You might be able to find a refurbished one through E-Bay.
For the remainder of our docs we use the Olympus 3000 or 4000 and have them upload to our FTP site. With the 5000 coming out, you might be able to get a good deal on a 3000. I can check with our dealer if you're interested.
