On days like this, like you said, I have all this energy, but yet I have to sit here.  I feel like I want to jump, scream or spring out of my seat, and my mind is all over the place.  I browse the internet too much, wander in the other room too much, and just get so distracted some days and am really nonproductive, and then have to make up for it down the line.  This happens to me when I don't start out the day right, like if I lay in bed too long, leave something out in my morning routine or start browsing the first hour.  Usually if i'm focused on getting these reports out, just using the browser to research and get a rhythm going early, I have a normal work day.  I think we all get a little jumpy at times.

But just set a rhythm/routine early, like every two hours, get up and  get something healthy to eat, down a glass of water, do squats or stretches.  Make it like military, so you can get all your lines done early and relax.
