My favorite way is cut up and done on the grill.
I never liked zucchini until I had it on the grill. You can use one of those veggie baskets with holes in it. Put in some yellow squash, firm roma tomatoes, and button mushrooms. Coat with a little olive oil spray first. Mmmmmmmmm! Simple and delish.

Pork Roast Grill Recipe
I usually make pork chops on the girll, but I have a pork roast that I want to make on the grill and I was wondering if anyone had any recipes. I usually marinate it but was looking to see if someone had another type of recipe using just spices and/or herbs or just something new and different I could do or have with it. TIA.
