This sounds like the hospital job I quit. No spell check, no macros...
The lady who trained me had been at the hospital for 30 years.
The hospital didn't seem to care about errors in spelling (including MEDICATIONS!!!) so the spell check was no big deal to them. As long as the line count was good, that was all they cared about and how assessments were done. I was told I shouldn't bother looking things up, close enough is ok. Jeesh...
