Have found over time that the best jobs are in house at multi-specialty physician groups, or multi-physician one-specialty groups. The pay was very good after they got to know you, you had overtime, and the docs would come and personally thank you for doing a great job and for "making them sound good." They are still out there, we just have to look harder. This being at home is not always the best for everyone.
