a house, truck and more, but you will pay a much higher interest rate, the other terms of the loans will be worse, and that BK will follow you for MORE than 10 years. Credit applications ask if you have EVER filed, not if you've filed within a certain time period.

So, although sometimes BK is seen as the only way out, it certainly isn't the best solution in most cases.
