I've used drugstore.com before. Not for filling prescriptions, but I have ordered herbal supplements, etc. from them. Their prices are reasonable, the shipping is fast and overall I've been pretty pleased with them.

I have bursitis, go to the drugstore and get SM
the band that goes above your elbow (it's got a Velcro closure on it)...you'll find it where the hand and leg wraps/splints are. It'll be like $10. It'll give you some relief.
