we are. I have a shut-off valve in the shower, turn it off while I lather up. I have xeriscape gardens, no lawns. I recycle, eat organic, and have maybe 1 trash bag a week. I give table scraps and juice pulp to a friend who has a compost pile. I plan shopping trips carefully to minimize driving. I drive a Subaru until I have a better alternative. I practice what I preach and try not to contribute to the problem. So, yes, I bet I consume far less than you do.
