I got mine Monday, hooked them up and they help with most of my voice files. Can adjust it pretty well. Put 2 batteries in it. Plug headphones into the bottom of the EQ, plug the line that came with the EQ into the top of the EQ and the other in the back of the computer or where ever you hook yours up. Turn it on and go for it. I like mine. Doesn't help with all files but most. I hope that makes sense.
