I love doing ER's.  I am an IC for 2 different hospitals and the docs are usually fairly in a hurry, so the dictation is short and sweet, every patient is different (and usually interesting) and most of my docs have macros for their physicals.  I'm fortunate that there are not too many ESLs either.  I find that when I'm doing discharge summaries or transfer summaries, I'm falling asleep.


Lingo is easy.  Lines would depend on your dictators.
