I totally agree with your comments. QA people think they are the "gods" of transcription. I have been an MT for 30 years and have been doing this at home for 7. My quality is 99.8 and have i ever gotten a raise ? NO. It the way of the companies. And MTs nor QA people are being paid enough especially with the ESLs there are that take a person forever to figure out what they are saying, along with bad voice quality.. It all goes hand and hand
