Now, this is where the ball can start rolling.  Think and make a plan.  Be realistic on your expectations and what can be accomplished.  Get a group of qualified MTs/Editors.... Americans.... and form a united front.  Have your ducks in a row and know what can happen or be expected, etc. etc. etc.
