Bilateral ear infections
Oh -- Let me tell you a good story about ear infections. Not too long ago I had a bad one. I could not hear anything. Because I couldn't hear at all -- I sent an E-mail to my supervisor saying I would not be able to work my shift. The response? I should have called. How can you call on the telephone if you cannot hear?????? Perhaps my 6-year-old should have called and said "my mommy can't work today." LOL At least I had sent the E-mail. Cannot tell you how many times I call in for my shift to find a dry typing pool. I guess they should call me prior and tell me not to bother to take the time to update my PC and ready it for work because there isn't any.
