Ex-MDI-MT

Congrats on getting your old job back!  I wasn't so lucky a couple of years ago.  I had worked for MDI-MD for a couple of years but quit to go to work at the post office.  After a very rude awakening at the PO, I decided I missed being an MT and tried to get my job back at MDI.  The recruiter said definitely YES, but my ex-supervisor negated the decision, I guess for personal reasons, but it all worked out in the end and I have no hard feelings. 

I was really disappointed at first because MDI is one of better companies to work for, but I persevered and found an IC position at a smaller local company making 12 cpl with an internet-based account.  I have been there ever since and extremely happy, making close to $50,000 a year. 

Again, I have no hard feelings toward MDI - they are definitely one of the better companies out there to work for, but I've been blessed to find better :-)
