You are exactly right. I guess it is going to come down to me telling them they either need to go digital or hire another MT. I don't know why they can't do the math and realize that 9 years ago it took 2 MT's to transcribe for 4 drs, that obviously 2 MT's is now not enough for 6 drs. and 3 nurses. Thanks!
