Not everyone wants the same things. When I had to find a new job recently, I made a list of everything I required from a company. For me it was a certain line rate, no ASR, no offshore, flexible schedule, and no or minimal weekends. That allowed me to weed out a whole lot of companies, which I did by researching this board. You just have to narrow down what you are looking for, and decide which things are negotiable and which are not.
