You come on here asking other folks' opinion but then you respond as if you know you are 100% right that it should not be included. Don't ask then.

You obviously feel you are an authority on what should or should not go into a report so why are you asking us anyway?!

Whether you see it this way or not, you have been very condescending to people who were giving their OPINION to something you brought up in the first place. (See below regarding the ridiculous argument of whether the word retarded should be included in the report if it is dictated.)

Once again, if you believe you are right, then don't ask for other opinions because everybody has a different one.
