In the "TO:" line at the top, it is addressed to me only (or only my email or name is visible), like:
TO: NMTathome@Hotmail.com.   (No other names are visible)

And in body of email from supervisor, it will say something like:  
"Hospital XYZ MTs: 
Please type allergies in bold."

Even email from CEO with announcement type information, same thing, only my email listed (rather than TO: All MTs Email Group; All Managers)...no email groups are listed.
