I know what you mean, and I too have tried so many products. I have very curly hair, and cowlicks that are so hard to manage, in the front, no less. After years of spending a fortune trying to find the right product(s),here's what works for me: Terax shine lotion at $23.00 a bottle, and Sebastian Laminate drops at $14.00. I mix the two together in the palm, and rub all through damp hair. You can style any way and your hair will come out looking fabulous. The Terax shine lotion gives the hair volume and shine, and the Sebasian Laminate drops keeps the hair shiny and protects it from humidity and kinking. I know these products are expensive, but they last me approximately 8 months, so that's not bad at all. You can buy them at high-end beauty supply stores. They work like a charm, and nothing else I have bought keeps my hair shiny, bouncy and protects it from humidity. Gee, I sound like a commercial!!! Good luck!
