You know what else is frustrating? The constant banter about how annoying newbies are... as a "newbie" I worked VERY hard in my Allied program, as a stay at home mother of two toddlers, and have just found my first job. Just because we didn't do it like you, doesn't mean that we don't have our own legitimate frustrations and legitimate rewards...
