The next thing you know, they're going to have these little curtains that drop down from the ceiling in grocery stores, etc, to shield us from roaming eyes when we open our wallet to pull out a check/debit card/credit card.  Maybe they need to do it with cash also because heaven forbid!   Someone could track us down with the serial number on the dollar bills that we pay with. 

JMO, but when it gets to the point that our doctor's office cannot address us as Mr. or Mrs./Ms., we've lost all touch with society.  Maybe that is why this world has become such a sad place.
