Get out (sm)

You say you were the top producer at your old job, so you must be pretty durn fast.  Get out and work for a service, you'll make so much more money and all that drama will be gone as if a fairy godmother snapped her fingers, for reals.  That's been my experience.

Just make sure you do your research and find a good company, don't be so hasty to leave you'll take anything (WebMedX is good).
