I appreciate the info. I've never worked on Bayscribe but have been told it's extremely user friendly, and it certainly is starting to sound that way.

I am beginning to think you made this up.
I am absolutely certain if my company did this, I would plaster their name all over every board so everyone would know where not to look for work.

Why just some editors? Is it if you were under a certain level of productivity, seniority, or...?
There are VR companies out there that pay decently; you should start sending out that resume before they decide to cut the pay again.
