This is still the same problem as when I purchased mine 2 years ago. You have to call Stedman's. They will email you the setup file. KEEP that setup file because if you ever get a new computer you will need that file to reload it. I use yahoo mail and I have a folder called KEEP where I keep important things like that. If your computer crashes and you get a new one, then you can just download the setup file from that email folder.
