I used a "mother's helper"...sm

when my 2nd was born, I had a mother's helper, a 12 year old homeschooled girl from church, who would come and watch my boy for 2 hours in the afternoon while I napped. Otherwise, when my children were smaller, I would have grandma come for 6 hours one day (she read for HOURS to my daughter) and then I actually put an ad in the paper for a "grandma-type" to come and help out. I found the nicest lady who was happy to come play with my kids for a few hours every other day. She spoiled them! She just wanted to get out of the house and supplement her income so I paid her $3.75 an hour, and I kept it below the minimum required to report to Social Security so I didn't have to deal with that paperwork. At least I felt like I could get a big chunk of 4-5 hours in with the sitter and then work in the other hours in little pieces here and there. My daughter would sit on my lap at night and fall asleep when she was 2-3 years old and my son would come in and put his pillow and blanket under my desk and just sleep there while I typed (why I don't know, as he had a bed?). So I would recommend find a grandma-type because at least you get a chunk of work in and you won't be so crazy. Also work 8pm to midnight then crawl off to bed.  Good luck. I've worked at home exclusively since my daughter was born (she's 10) and it has been a wonderful way to raise my kids.

use this organizational helper
I keep all my clients in a separate folder by pay rate. In that folder I have the sub folder for the particular billing cycle - say 120107-121507 - when I use the flash count I simply go to that folder and select all. doing that each time for individual pay rates. i save the invoice in the same folder and tis way I have each pay period saved together with the invoice so I do not have to search for anything.
Just jokin' with ya.I work there too. Hamburger
maybe?  I did read once where frozen meat works well since it stays frozen so long. I truly do feel your pain. My husband blows his neck out once every 3-5 years and it's usually three months off work, Vicodin, PT, and Neurontin, in that order. He has to do the traction thing where they stretch his neck and the bone slides back into place. Not very fun and very expensive but he says it works.
stuffed zucchini with hamburger/sausage
mixture, including one egg per pound of meat, onion, seasonings.  Remove seeds from zucchini, stuff with meat mixture, and pour over spaghetti sauce, top with cheese and bake  Delicious! Of course, you can vary this to suit your taste buds!
I asked my daughter, a 5th grader, and she LOVES the hamburger idea. nm
