1099s are supposed to be postmarked by 1/31, so it could be next week before you receive it if that's what they did. It also depends on how much money you made with the company; I'm not sure what the minimum is, but if you didn't make enough, they don't have to report it/send the 1099. I would still call either way and see just make sure, if it were me.

one.  It's more a courtesy.  You can tally up what you made and submit that.  I personally like knowing what the company is reporting they paid me, but you can come up with your own figure through your own records.
