Try reloading the program several times..sm
and make sure that you have every other program closed at that time, including email. once loaded, reboot. If it will not take your serial number, make sure you have it correct. make sure your curser is all the way to the left of the box before you start entering. It may be case sensitive, so be careful. If this does not work, try contacting Stedman's. they are very helpful.
