Here's one tip you might already know

Grades for cancer are Arabic numbers and staging are Roman numerals.

Grade 1

Stage III-B

also when they give it all, it's typed like:

T1,N0,M0

although some clients prefer spaces between the commas and some don't want commas at all....that would be up to the client profile.
