When I interviewed I clearly stated "I'm not interested in a difficult account. I want gravy. I want something where I can relax and not stress. I've worked hard for a lot of years, and I will be a product part of your team as long as I get a great account."

I was given the BEST accounts of my life. I love the docs to death. I get up eager to hear their voices. I figure this is payback for all of the crap I've dealt with over the years. Good karma or something.

I also think that the recruiter knew that if I was given a bad account I'd be history, and I have enough good stuff in my resume that they didn't want to see that happen.

I think that at some point in a career you have to pay your dues and gain experience, and after that, ask for what you want.
