1. New accounts. We just added an account that required about 70 MLS be hired and have other new accounts coming on that need staffing.
2. With the transition to voice recognition some people have chosen to not be editors and to transcribe only, so editors are being hired to fill those positions that will be created by reports being made available through the editing mode.
