Here is the rundown

You have to have a "special" footpedal which will not work with a USB keyboard (unless that has been changed recently).

The platform is fine if you make sure that all the demographics are autofilled.  Otherwise you have to put them in and don't get paid for that pain in the u-know-what. 

If you have a flag, you put the blank in the note and move to another window on the lower right side to put in the timestamp and the s/l. 

I personally didn't like the platform but my demos were never autofilled.  Hope this helps.
