They dictate 4 words and then there is a 2 minute pause while they flip through charts, ask the other people in the room if the patient was taking this or that, or what his vital signs were, then dictate another 4 words with another 2 minute pause. That just drives me right out of my mind. For heaven's sake, at least have an IDEA what you're going to say before you pick up the phone !!!! Ok, my turn to inhale.
