If you do not mind my asking, how do you subcontract? I have 15+ years experience, including just about every field of medicine. When you work as an IC for someone, do you have to disclose that there is a possibility that you will subcontract out the work? And, do you have to disclose to your subcontractor that your are in fact subcontracting out the work? Seems like this would be a very good way to make some money and also help someone out who is less experienced...instead of them going to one of them rip-off MT schools.
