Blanket statements, generalizations, expletives, and a know-it-all attitude.
I am a QA also. I have far too much work to do delve so deeply into the lives of current or past employees. I do get general information regarding why somoene has left, but my bosses to do no make a habit of passing around all the sordid details that have nothing to do with my job.
No matter your position you are still limited by your knowledge of events, how the information comes to you, and how you choose to digest them and form your opinions. You may work for a great company, you may be a great QA, but your attitude in your posts speaks volumes.
