I don't know how we do it but I sure am concerned since I left a blank for an ESL's white count and it came back from QA with white count 700,000, which I have never heard of in 30 years of transcription. I didn't want my initials going in on that report after it was corrected.

- anyone altering/correcting a report is required to attach their initials after the original transcri - Not me
