keep your feetl flat on the floor if you're around 5' 1", unless you use one of those foot-riser thingies. The Sealy executive thair might be a tad too big.

I've got a leather Sealy Posturpedic chair that I got -(sm)-
at a local Office Depot store for not that much - maybe around +/- $200. It's adjustable 6 ways (height, back rest up/down/forward/back, seat forward/back tilt, and lumbar support adjustment. I spend sometimes 18 hours a day in this thing, and I'm never uncomfortable. Best $200 I ever spent!
