He is from India, can't dictate worth a darn - but he is talking about someone's spleen - and right in the middle of it he says what truly sounds like "New mow floor wax in 1998 which was unsuccessful." I obviously thought of pneumothorax first but in the SPLEEN?? Maybe people are coming down with pneumothorax in their spleens now, not their lungs. Grrr....
