I'm starting with the demographic screen, and then going straight into a Word document. If I change the View to Normal or Web Layout, it looks great, but if I have to look up the patient's age or something by hitting Alt J (to get back to the demographics) the format changes back. If I change it again by View, etc., it looks fine, but then if I have to remove carbon copies (Alt A), it goes right back. So in a 50-line document, I may be changing the format View 3 times. It's really disturbing me. I thought someone may have had this problem and could guide me as to what they did to resolve it. Thanks for your responses.
