The problem I see is the staff is needed to do their end at the physician's office. If I take the tapes with simply the patient schedule in the folder, then they have to do nothing until I return the printed reports. You would first need to know if they are willing to give their staff member more duties to include uploading dictation and taking transcription off of an FTP. I'm feeling your pain.
