Where do yo get the wild yam and what exactly is it called (just that)? I also use natural progesterone cream from the health food store so I don't have to take an Rx for bone loss that I have had (had medically necessary TAH/BSO at age 19-now 51). I have to take something and would prefer natural over anything else but have never found anything OTC or RX that will stop the severe night sweats and/or not cause other side effects like the Menest does.
