I am so sorry for you.

You did an amazing job on that letter.  You deserve so much better.  Before you write one more letter though, you go start applying and taking the tests and get another job.  There are plenty out there.  I heard TransTech, Keystrokes, and WebMedX, also MDI are good companies. I have no first-hand experience though.

Just get out there and start applying cause that process takes so long.  After you have applied for every job in your area and on the web..... and after one of the companies who deserves a quality Transcriptionist hires you, you will have pleanty of time to do more letters while you are waiting for the employment package in the mail! 

Remember, when 1 door closes it is because something better is waiting for you.  GO GRAB IT!
