my point was that I am not putting harsh drugs into my body in order to get to sleep. I am not using sleeping pills or Benadryl to get to sleep. A few weeks ago I asked for help with this and I got a lot of responses, from Benadryl to Ambien to Jack Daniel's. I also got a few recommendations of Melatonin. It is a vitamin supplement that your body produces naturally. Sometimes your body doesn't produce enough, or for whatever reason you have trouble sleeping. Melatonin helps to restore your sleep pattern without making you feel "hung over" the next day. That is what I meant by "natural".
