I avg 225 lph

and am working on getting better.  I, like CrankyBeach, also won't give out my line rate and I won't even say who I'm working for any more.  It was commented that I was being a cheerleader because I posted that I liked my company and had very little work slow down when there is contrary info posted on this board.

If I were making 8 cpl I'd still be making over $17 an hour because of my speed. I have done 2500 lines in a day, but that was a 10 hour day.  Now my goal is to do that in 9 hours and then the goal after that will be to do it in 8.

It's all about the expander, IMHO.  If you've got a good Expander then you can do 250 to 300 lph and make good money even with a lower line count.   And yes, I have done 300 lph.  I haven't gotten to the point where I do that consistently, but that's one of my goals, too.
