Well said. As a former public school teacher, I can say that we didn't have Christmas parties, we called them "winter celebration" so that all the kids could take part. That included Jehovah's Witnesses, a Christian sect, as well as our Jewish and Ismlamic students.

All kids need to feel welcome - their school is their workplace.

I agree with your statement about all "isms" being on the rise all over the world. History teaches us that whenever there are advancements/great changes in society, there is always a counterreaction. I think we are living in one of the greatest shifts in human history. However, I am not at all sure that humanity will emerge triumphant from this period.
